It’s the year 2021 and you hear everyone talks about smart homes, but what does it mean actually? Can you make your own smart home? How hard is it? Do you need it? Can it makes coffe? All the answers are here!
What is a smart home
A smart home is a very wide definition.
But let’s keep things simple –
A smart home is simply a regular home that contains smart components like – smart light bulbs, motion sensors, cameras, IR sensors and many more.
Can I make my home smart?
Sure you can!
There are massive amounts of smart home products. Some are very cheap, some of them are hysterically overpriced.
Every one can make their own choices, but you can buy or DIY smart components, you can get them to “talk” with each-other or work separately, but the most important thing is that it will work for you and make your life easier.
Do I really need it?
Well, it depends on your needs, but I would not say anyone must have it.
But if you want to make your life easier and smarter, and you are a bit of a geek or just excited about technology – I think you must try!
